Someone once said, “No one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra to play it.” I love what that quote implies, and I am reminded of the truth in it every day.
I have a lot of ideas. I am constantly thinking about my business, my family, and all of my hobbies, and I’m trying to determine how I can improve or help them move forward.
But an idea alone is just a passing thought. It’s a daydream. Make ideas happen together.

The great Vince Lombardi once told a reporter that his teams were not successful because he had great players. His teams were successful because they were teams. They won…together. It’s the success you get when you make ideas happen together.
