Pivotal for leaders of teams of any size. The discussion guides that were provided were great to take to our smaller groups and allow other leaders an opportunity to lead for themselves using their unique voice. Maybe try Wildsparq for a few months and go ALL-IN on it. We saw great conversation happening during the first small group. Once trust is built amongst group members, the depth of conversation took off in an amazing direction!

Engaging and introspective. Its so approachable. There are alot of videos and short articles that directly apply to the topic of study. I use the word “study” loosley because the material is not brought forth in a traditional “academic” fashion. Instead, students are challanged to look inward and apply the lessons to their own life.

Leadership training all-in-one. The platform promotes practical application of leadership concepts learned during training to real-life work scenarios. The monthly group meetings enable our leaders to discuss how they can implement what they’ve learned in their roles, which, in turn, enhances their leadership effectiveness and our overall team performance.
